Here are the Terms of Use for any application provided by Pima Company and used by the installer and/or the end-user. These terms apply to all types of applications – for mobile phones such as iPhone and Android, web applications, desktop applications, and more.
Examples: PIMAlink 3.0, Force Manager, etc.
These Terms of Use may change from time to time. When using the application, the governing Terms of Use are the most recent terms published on Pima Company’s website at that time. It is the user’s responsibility to keep track of changes to the Terms of Use. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by them. Use of the application involves a fee. Pima reserves the right to change the amount of the fee and the terms of payment for using the application at any time provided that it gives at least 30 days prior notice. Notice will be provided via SMS to the phone number to which the application was downloaded, or by any other reasonable means.
Privacy Policy
PIMA built the Applications as a Free Application as a Service. This Service is provided by PIMA at no cost and is intended for use As Is.
If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in the “Information Collection and Use” below.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this policy periodically. We will send a notification on any change on our Privacy Policy to the mobile phone number to which the application was downloaded, or in any other reasonable way. The changes become effective immediately when posted.

PIMA Electronic Systems Ltd. provides the PIMAlink 2.0 & PIMAlink 3.0 Service and Application as a Service, to its intruder alarm systems users. By pressing the Accept button you agree to all the terms in this Disclaimer. PIMA may change these terms at any time without prior notice, and by continuing to access or use the application you accept any changed terms as they may apply from time to time.
PIMA is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for damages arising out of the use of the Service and Application. The Service and Application are provided “As-Is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIMA, its suppliers and its dealers disclaim all warranties express or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. PIMA makes no commitments about the content within the Service and Application.
PIMA further disclaims any warranty that
(a) the Service or Application will meet your requirements or will be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes PIMA Liability for gross negligence, for our (or our employees’) intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury.
